You've finished your book and now you want to publish it. Congratulations. Your next step is to format the interior of your book so readers can enjoy it.

It can be a time-consuming task making the inside of your book look equal to one produced by one of top publishers.

That's where this service comes in. Instead of having to buy specialist software yourself or knowing what the standards are that you'll need to stick to, I can do it all for you.

Book Formatting Prices

I will take your manuscript from a Word doc and format it according to traditional publishing standards. A variety of formats and paperback sizes (including large print versions) are available.

The word count is the word count on your Word doc that includes all the front and back matter - ie everything you need in the book. All the info needs to be in the Word doc before I start.

Formatting also includes: placement of 2 full page images (eg maps) and 2 smaller images (eg author photo or advertisement for follow up books), the copyright page, dedication page, title page, acknowledgements page, about the author page (with links to social media / website) and the table of contents

25k - 49,999 words: $75

50k - 74,999 words: $100

75k - 99,999 words: $125

100k -149,999 words: $150

150k - 249,999 words: $200

250k+ words: $250

The cost includes all files you need, including print and eBook formats: epub (Kindle and generic), PDF for Amazon, Kobo, iBooks, Google Play and Nook). Simply let me know what you need since not everyone needs them all.

I work with a 50% deposit upfront and the rest due at delivery.

You can also have a fully licensed graphic (from DepositPhotos.com) to be used as a chapter image for an extra $10. For example:

Box Set Formatting

For multi-author box sets, please add $5 per volume (new author / story / book) to cover the additional back matter for each author (eg 'About the Author' pages, or 'Other Books By The Author' pages.)

Custom Title Pages

I can create a full length custom title page graphic, instead of the standard text based one for $20.

However, this is only available if I've done your cover or the typography for your cover.
