Cover Layout Services

You have a favorite artist, or even just a piece of art someone has created for you and you want to use that as your cover.
That's where this service comes in, because not all artists understand typography or how to change their beautiful artwork into a book cover.
If you need someone to take the art you've bought and create a cover out of it, this service is for you.

What You'll Need To Provide

You'll need to send me the high resolution artwork, the title, subtitle and author name(s), and any other text you want, exactly as you want them on your cover.
If you're wanting a paperback cover, I'll also need to know where you will be publishing it, the type of paper you want to use, the size of book you're creating (eg 6x9), the back cover text and how many pages long your book is.
This is easier than it sounds...
For instance, if you're publishing on Amazon, you have a choice of either white or cream paper. Since they are different thicknesses, I need to know which you'll be selecting when you publish, so the spine width can be calculated correctly.

Got a Project?

If you have some artwork you'd like turned into a cover, please fill out the form below and I'll get back to you asap and get things rolling for you.
I have been known to complete projects much faster, however, I schedule to complete a project within 5 business days, provided you have given me all the information I need.
If you want both formats of covers, but haven't finished your book yet, that's okay, I can finalize the paperback cover at a later date.
Arcane Covers Logo
Hi! My name is Karen Dimmick.
I've loved fantasy and magic for as long as I can remember & have been in the publishing industry for nearly a decade.
I know how important is it for a book to look its best, and for potential readers to be able to tell at a glance it's a book they'll enjoy. Without that, even great stories go unread.
As you'll see from my testimonials, my clients love working with me because I'm easy to work with, communicate well and deliver on time, like you'd expect any professional to do.
Born in England, I now live in Florida, USA with my husband. I've traveled the world, living in Europe and Asia. I've had my own bestselling non-fiction book, as well as fiction books, so I've seen both sides of the cover design process.
I believe authors should be able to give their books every possible chance to succeed, with a cover that attracts readers and meets the reader's expectations for the genre.
That's why I created Arcane Covers - to help you make your book shine.
